The ideal me would do all the things listed below daily(or almost daily):
- Sleep at 10:30pm
- Wake up at 6am.
- Practice 气功
- Run 5km after that
- Do 20 push-ups and crunches
- Bathe and get dressed within 20 minutes
- Eat breakfast, then DRIVE to work
- Do actual work
- Know the work inside out
- Make no mistakes at work by checking over and over again
- Do his assignments and study after work
How hard could that be? Why not man? Why not! :D:D:D
