Pardon me, this is a 5 minute break that I have just given myself.
I've been sitting here in front of the computer for 3 straight hours looking at forums where girls/aunties/whatevers talk about DHC/FANCL cosmetic products(which one's better, which one more expensive, which one blahblah...)and nothing productive is being generated while I get tormented by such endless junk.
Trying to generate 'Strength' part of DHC is easy since everything can be found online, but how to find out what is the weakness of a fcukin company? Like anyone online would say "The DHC company's weakness is ..."

Then there's still the Opportunities... simi opportunities... biang.
Threat ki lan lah -.-;

And that's just part one of the assignment.

Client calls my boss aka my father problems of the latest batch of goods, demanding boss to solve the problems for them. Boss delegates the task to me and expects to be there the next morning at 9am... like some warcraft 3 character liddat; left-click on ahfaii, press m on keyboard, left-click'. No need pack one lor! Rushed like hell!

Watched Nacho Libre and laughed like a horse. No one sat beside me so no complains have been made about me hammering my arm onto the seat next to mine... :o
Then the last bits of The Da Vinci code in japanese dub... with chinese subtitles...

12/10/06, 2349 hrs @ The ex-no.1 airport.

From the world's no.1 airport, I arrived at the world's no.2 airport after a 3 hrs ++ flight.
Iggy & his mom fetched me at the airport and ate @ Burger King.
I spoke in English all that while, not knowing his mom wasn't exactly proficient in English...

13/10/06, 0915 hrs @ somewhere near iggy's

Did research on bakchormee(minced pork noodles) by eating it for breakfast.
Then went to Client's office at Kaki Bukit.
I sat there waiting for an hour. Talked to Client for 20 minutes and waited another 1 hour for the project manager to take me to the site. Got to know John the project manager. This nice guy worked in Singapore Police Force Alpha team before this, so we had a lot of stuff to talk about... haha~

Met up with Aaron & Joo Seng at Jurong Entertainment Centre.
We sat at mcdonalds scanning girls, talking about girls, blahblah girls...
Kairin & Lawrence came along later on and we talked about some other stuff.
Did last minute shopping at Giants before they closed and got the materials i needed for the next day.

14/10/06, 1430 hrs @ Food Republic

Went to the factory to make sure everything is working.
Metup with Warren for lunch @ Food Republic to get ripped off again.
I had Nasi Padang that costed me almost $5 with only 3 dishes + rice?
(if you add in the the paper + banana leaf + fork + spoon got total of 8 things la hor... knn!)
Then when I was at the airport, I realised food republic wasn't such a big ripoff, comparing it to the airline industries. I missed the flight by 5 minutes and the airline staff told me I could get a ticket on the next plane for SGD$450/HKD$2200... which is a price I could get for a new 2 way ticket with airport tax included inside! So I said 'f*** you' to them (no i didn't) and went to have a beer with my buddies at Ice Cold Beer. Check out this Nike Hospitality Van we saw on our way there.

(They gave us a waffle for visiting the van... cool~ :D)

20/10/06 ... At factory overseeing work getting done. At UE Square waiting for client and meeting them up for some stupid pool game and a little drinking. At Marina Square, where I met Catherine and had dinner with her. She would look gorgeous if she was in better health... hope everything goes well for the surgery she's gonna go through...

21/10/06 ... 12am to 4am was DOTA time at Ahkong's place... another legendary timeless spacezone where time just passes before you can blink an eye.

Still playing dota. Huijuan came over to watch tv and have dinner with ahkong+me. She's looking more and more beautiful...Maybe its just because really long time never see her, or maybe its because she's getting all the love she needs from ahkong. What a couple -_-;
(if ahkong isn't my best friend i might just want to stab them to death for acting so lovey-dovey in front of me)

I went to look for the Cosafe (japanese styled french maid cafe) but was disappointed that it was not even open yet. Think maybe around November?


I watched Death Note with Iggy, Jeremy, Sacrilege, Nelstar and his wife that night. It was a good show... but I hated the part where Shiomi had to die. Shiomi~ >_<; Anyway, I was really surprised that Nelstar, now 24, is already married, got their HDB flat and working hard to pay off their 30 year loan. His wife wasn't the really attractive type, but I can feel the happiness within them and the appreciation for each other. We had coffee at starbucks and Nel gave a lecture to one of our friends on why he won't have a girlfriend and points out the few important factors.

1. You speak with too much vulgarities, directly / indirectly to girls.
2. You shower yourself with more attention then the girl.
3. You do not know how to please a girl.
4. You don't remember their birthdays.
5. You should not bring your friends along when dating with a girl.

Actually some of those points apply to me also... I'll remember that! >_<; And some other photos... just too damn many to write about le lah! *dulanz*

Not happy quit lor

Happy cannot be used to describe me since I've returned from SG.
I won't get my overseas-work claim, nor transportation claim.
So I'm gonna be fuckin poor for the coming month.
And then there's lots of problem from all our clients.
Basically, my official job now is to get scolded by them for faults that I don't even know of,
to beg for their signatures on some stupid delivery note like I'm some stupid fan of theirs,
to get screwed at the office for sitting in the office for more than 15 minutes...
Its so wtf lor :(

My life so far rocks though. This might be just another rough patch of my life.

I told Dad that I'm really, really not interested in learning how to do this kinda technical
drawing, manufacturing and managing a bunch of goblins by cracking my whip at them.
He was quite cool about that and claims that he'd support me on whatever I'd like to do
as long as I'm interested to learn about it. Talked to him about the food business that I'd
like to startup soon. He says that he wanna fire our company caterer soon because their
standard is really hopeless, so I might as well step in and try to start my business like that.

I've been talking about it since last night. The concept was a little different from what I had in mind initially(bakchormee and co.~). For now, its name is 大饭堂 (English name still thinking).
The look of the restaurant would be simple; painted/wallpaper walls, big ceiling fans, a few standard 4 legged wooden rectangular tables with glass on it, about 20-30 wooden chairs for seats.
Utencils would be somewhat like what we had from "CIAS" (Reusable/disposable plastic tubs that can be used for takeaway, reusable/disposable plastic cups) to minimize financial damage from theft/damage.

Selection of food will be limited to Chicken/Beef/Pork, just like what they do on Aeroplanes.
Meals will come with fruit, vegetables and water for 'healthy-eating', which will be empathized once i get things started(posters in the restaurant, internet webpage and advertisements)

Onwards in the future when I have enough capital, i will develope it into a fast-food restaurant that sells chinese food like 真工夫... only better; Healthy, tasty food catered for the distictive towns at affordable pricings.

If u have ideas about what a restaurant that doesn't require much technical skills from a great chef should be like, let me know... I'm all crazy about opening a restaurant now... hahahahaha~

And err... please wait a few more days so that i can upload all the pics onto my blog entry for the SG trip... thanks >_<;

The Idealistic Me

The ideal me would do all the things listed below daily(or almost daily):
- Sleep at 10:30pm
- Wake up at 6am.
- Practice 气功
- Run 5km after that
- Do 20 push-ups and crunches
- Bathe and get dressed within 20 minutes
- Eat breakfast, then DRIVE to work
- Do actual work
- Know the work inside out
- Make no mistakes at work by checking over and over again
- Do his assignments and study after work

How hard could that be? Why not man? Why not! :D:D:D

First day of school

Its the first day of school today.
Quite a disappointing day...
Before I left my house at Dongguan, I couldn't associate the thought that if I need to go to school, I'd need the textbook and so I forgot to bring it over.
I laid out the solutions; go all the way back to Dongguan to retrieve it which would cost me $200, buy a new one for $260 and resell it on ebay afterwards, or I could borrow a older version of the book from the library which would cost me nothing...

I had a hard time looking for the stupid book; they placed it under 'Oversized Books' but the computer catalog doesn't say so.
So I was late for class on the first day.(I know I know, I should have left home earlier... -.-)

The teacher is not very pretty, not very proficient in English and spoke in Cantonese most of the time.
It makes me wonder why I signed up for English version of the course when the only difference was the language of the textbooks/powerpoints.
The classmates weren't particularly concerned, except for one who is a filipino.
Seriously I'd prefer everything in English since thats what I signed up for.
Proper English... I hope.

In this class of less than 20 people, I'm the only one that isn't hasn't had at least 10 years of working experience, the only one that didn't wear a shirt with ties with black pants, and the only one who keeps checking out the filipino... ( :x )
I don't feel like there's much chance of me making good friends at this course since we are on such different levels.
And during the break I think I accidentally offended someone.
Or maybe that classmate of mine is a prick that doesn't talk to people who doesn't earn as much as he does.
Ahh well, what does it matter anyway? :o

A lot of times when I talk to other people, I feel an absolute lack of confidence; simply because I'm so uneducated and know nothing about anything.
Sometimes I don't even know what I'm talking about.
People start talking to me about my job and I have no good answers.
All I can say to them is that I'm just a stupid kid helping out in a family business and still learning the basics of the trade.

My father got married.

So he did, officially, with the blessings from the relatives and his friends in business.

Who cares? :o

Mom was visibly upset and started throwing tandrums when I left for the dinner.
I dared not let her know where we were going for dinner...didn't want to see the next episode of Alien versus Predators....

I have reasons to believe that mom's lacking a goal in life and I think she's contemplating to use 'hating my father and making him suffer' as a good goal in life.

I don't wanna be there when that happens.

For the dinner, I invited a good friend of mine because other than a couple of relatives, I don't know them....so, yeah. To have someone to talk to and grab the limelight from me... mwahaha~
