some quick snapshots on first moments of 2009 and slow blogging ahead

I almost died queuing for a ticket both times. But it was worth it to see her smile and the surprise on her face when she saw me at her door... :D

...

If you have people dying around you, read this.

Another colleague in my company is dying of cancer. His hair's all gone.
The fella's in a pretty bad shape now, but he stands strong still...not needing any kind of useless greetings and consolation. That makes me respect him a lot, not that he needs it from me anyway. The feeling he gives off is very much like a dying version of Zoro in one-piece; the tone of his voice and the way he does things; regretless, just-do-it attitude & fearless at all times. I'm not gay....but he's just fucking awesome!

Occasionally I'd see him in the office to come in some days and he'd be still as cool as ever, just less energy to utter nonsense and etc. We used to play badminton on weekly basis last year. I always get thrashed by everybody but well, it was fun playing with them.

I sincerely hope he wins the battle against this deadly enemy within...

...

On other issues; Today, I spent 12 hrs on a suffocatingly stinking train, followed by 3 hrs of crappy bus ride travelling all the way back to Guangxi again. I'm tired, not wanting to work and there's plenty of reporting to do. No walking around in the factory was required today... luckily. And I've got a date to buy some doggie clothes for my dogs tonight....yosha!!! :D

Left: buddy, Right: bee (cause always jumping around from one spot to another, non-stop)
